We have an opportunity for a User Experience (UX) Manager to join our Pool Business Unit (BU) Marketing team in Cary, NC. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Customer Experience & Digital Marketing, you will own design for key digital properties, such as the website & Pentair applications, as well as guide other team members to build engaging and focused experiences across our digital platforms. This highly visible role will directly impact our digital evolution and organizational development. We are looking for a player-coach who is comfortable with some hands-on design as well as mentoring and providing leadership to other designers.
